Cooking Instructions

Long/short pasta. Penne / fettuccine: 
Put in the large bowl ¾ water to boil. Add a pinch of salt and tablespoon of olive oil. When water is boiling add pasta even if frozen.  Stir once of twice and let the pasta come to boil, about 3-4 minutes to get it " Al Dente". Drain and mix it with your favorite sauce and cheese if you like.
Ravioli: 
from the freezer ravioli can go straight to the boiling water, if refrigerated - 4-5 minutes in the boiling water is needed for them to be "Al dente", 5-6 min to be soft.
Cannelloni/ lasagna:
Should be prepared in the oven set up at 350 degrees for about 20-25  min. The proper way to cook cannelloni or heat up lasagna is in an ovenable container and should be covered with sauce and some cheese on top.
 Gnocchi:
from the freezer straight to the boiling water 3-5 min or until you see white foam forming on the top of your pot.
